Court Places Hold On SLA's Moxie Mania Ruling

State Supreme Court Justice Richard Platkin issued a Temporary Restraining Order preventing the State Liquor Authority from enforcing their ruling that Moxie Mania is "gambling" under New York State law and therefore illegal to be operated in licensed premises. The judge's order allows the game to be operated in those premises in which the game was located as of the ruling. Judge Platkin has scheduled a hearing on this issue for December 19, 2008.
