Better Benefits = More Savings for Association Members
Several new and updated benefit programs have been introduced for all association members:

This year’s dividend for the Safety Group was 42.5%! (This is given to you in the form of a check – not a credit to your account) Many of our members are also receiving up front discounts of over 20%. · DISABILITY REDUCTION
Effective October 1, 2009 the new Disability rate for the ESRTA group was reduced to $2.66 per male/per female per month. This is great news for employers who have groups under 50 and especially those that have female employees – great savings!
· ACCIDENT, CANCER AND HOSPITAL BRIDGE SUPPLEMENTS
Colonial Insurance has offered a special program to members of the ESRTA. Accident, Cancer and Hospital supplements are available as a weekly payroll deduction for members. This is a great way to offer benefits to your employees without high costs to you as owners. These programs cut checks direct to participants as a supplement to health insurance. They are not meant to replace but rather to offer “something extra” to those who have medical needs in a variety of areas. Employees love the low cost options and it makes employers look great for offering a new benefit!
